Three Asian Dipping Sauces

Add some zing to your dishes with these three simple and delicous dips:

Sweet and Salty Chilli Dipping Sauce.

  • Finely chopped coriander (5-8 leaves)
  • 1/2 Red chilli finely sliced
  • 1tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1tbsp Soy sauce 
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Toasted sesame oil

Combine all ingredient together in a small mixing bowl – making sure the honey has fully dissolved. Makes enough for two servings.

Perfect with: Beef.

Easy Sweet Chilli Sauce.

  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 Lime, juiced
  • 1 Small chilli, deseeded and finely chopped

Add the honey and lime juice to a small pan. Cook on the hob over medium heat until gently bubbling. Add the chilli, and cook for a further 2-3 mins (the longer you cook, the stronger the chilli flavour will be).

Perfect with: Spring rolls.

Siratcha and Lemon Mayonnaise.

  • 2 tsp Siratcha sauce
  • 2 heaped tbsp Good quality mayonnaise
  • A squeeze of fresh lemon juice (1tsp)

Bring together all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. 

Perfect with: Tempura.
